The structure of hits and references was rebuilt on 2026-07-21: result_source gone, IDs as objects, supporting_websites as secondary sources per claim, pipes cohort-dependent.
The new hit structure is our starting point. supporting_websites we do not see, although the extractor looks for it; the chronicle lists this as an open question, the tracker reports if the field appears.
