What it is

A search mode for time-critical questions. Measured 22 Aug 2026 on news (K5), prices (K3) and local opening hours (K1-02), always with a short window: slow|Nike Pegasus 41 günstig kaufen Deutschland Preis 2026|7, slow|Deutschland wichtigste Nachrichten heute 22. August 2026|1|tagesschau.de. Unlike fast, almost always German.

For visibility

slow is the mode in which recency filters hard. A page outside the window is not considered. At the same time it delivers the shorter hit signature, i.e. the Google scrape rather than the in-house index — for these questions Google's snippet rules apply, not the index's 200-character logic.
