Products per carousel product-count

Number of products in a run's product carousel (`shopping.products`, schema 15) — merged from the `products` references in the conversation object and the `product_update` entities in the HAR. Counted only for runs that carry products at all; whether a carousel appeared is measured by the carousel rate. Measurable since schema 15 (26 Aug 2026), backfilled from 20 Aug.
